Aechmea 'Mini-Cal'
This plant is a cultivar of pod parent, A. miniata var. discolor, and pollen parent, A. calyculata.
The leaves have a green upper side, a maroon underside and no spines.   The leaves are about 5cm in width and forms a rosette of about 50cm in diameter.
It grows an orange corn-shaped inflorescence where yellow flowers blooms.
